Sunday SELF-C.A.R.E Update ✨

We're changing things up around here.

Hey friend,

We’re making some changes around here for Sunday Self-C.A.R.E. 🌷

Right now I’m deep in the creative process of bringing my children’s book to life and I want to make sure I’m not splitting myself in too many directions.

So Sunday Self-C.A.R.E. is now monthly! I will send out my reflections on the first Sunday of every month.

This will allow me to offer more value through more lived experiences and share only the best from the entire month.

In the meantime, I hope this break gives you a chance to dive deeper into my ebook.

Now that all the Fall feels are here… 🍂☁️🍵 I recommend cooking my cozy chicken and dumplings AND flourless banana bread! Both recipes are in Chapter 1 and they are to die for!

Since you were expecting a full Sunday Self-C.A.R.E. this weekend, I won’t leave you completely hanging. Here’s the art that’s been consuming all my creative energy this week:

One version of my first children’s book… Release date TBD 😅

This children’s book has changed form in so many unexpected ways so I have no idea if this is how the finished product will look, but either way, it’s cool to see my vision coming to life and the progress is there 🤷‍♀️

There’s nothing more important than feeling the confidence that comes from achieving thriving health and I want that for you more than anything 🫶
