🥂Cheers to Biohacking: What We Actually Do for Optimal Health
(& What We Don’t)

Minerals, red light, grounding mats, cold plunge, coffee enemas…
The world of biohacking can be a lot.
Some trends are legit. Some are weirdly invasive. And some are just nature… rebranded and upsold.
In the week’s episode of Cheers to Growth, we’re giving our honest take on popular biohacking trends and sharing why our approach is all about reconnecting with nature, not chasing the next gadget.
We’re diving into these biohacking trends:
Remineralization and grounding practices we’re obsessed with
How hot/cold therapy can be harmful and almost ruined my wedding
Our thoughts on red light and coffee enemas
And why nature will always win over man-made tech
This conversation is all about tuning back in—to your body and to Earth.
No $300 red light required.
Enjoy the conversation and cheers! 🥂
🥂 What we drank in this episode: Mineral Mocktail
🍊🥥 Mineral Mocktail:
- 2 parts coconut water
- 1 part freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 part sparkling water
- crushed ice

Pre-recording dinner recipe: The go-to Pizza and Caesar… but make it medicinal
Homemade Pizza and Caesar with a medicinal boost
Find the recipe written in full in my ebook, but here are my recent upgrades to the recipe:
Salad: Use a blend of fresh parsley, mint, & arugula along with romaine
No changes here, but if you still haven’t made this homemade caesar dressing… it’s on Page 17 of 6 Pillars of Holistic Well-Being
Pizza: Sourdough pizza dough with home-milled flour
Homemade mozzarella: I loosely follow this recipe but I am not at all doing the part where he says you can microwave it or use plastic gloves 🙅‍♀️
🌿🍇Topped with fresh basil and balsamic from a small family artisan (I get mine from my fave local olive oil makers. If you order from them, get some olive oil too! It’s the best and you’ll need it for the dressing and pizza crust.)
